Turn this off to stop accepting new job applications on the Careers page (e.g. once positions are filled). Existing applications and the "Check Status" checker stay unaffected.

This is a front-end only panel. For real security, connect the site to a backend or form service (e.g. Formspree, Google Forms). Right now:
- Login is protected by a hashed credential — your password isn't stored in plain text, but client-side login is not fully secure.
- Messages and notices are stored in this browser's local storage only.
🔑 Change Your Password
Enter a new password for the account you're currently signed in with, then click Update Password. To add or remove Admin accounts entirely, use the Firebase Console → Authentication → Users.
